Let’s face it we all have those days when we wake up in the morning for work; we’re still tired and just want to put on our most comfortable clothes, curl up and go back to bed. So typically you end up putting on your most comfortable work appropriate outfit and force yourself out the door. As your day progresses however you find yourself still sluggish and sleepier than usual even after 7 cups of coffee. Yes I said 7. Not that I’m speaking from experience or anything ;).
So how can we combat this terrible cycle?

Well the solution is quite simple.
It has been scientifically proven that people who dress better also feel better.
1. Dressing well can make you feel less sleepy or tired.
2. When you feel good about what you’re wearing you’ll have more confidence in yourself.
3. Something I have found that has really helped me is that I have a specific outfit that I wear on my dreary days. That way I don’t have to worry about putting a look together when I already don’t feel 100%.
