MONQ Portable Essential Oil Diffuser Review

I am absolutely loving my portable essential oil diffuser from MONQ. I am a firm believer in essential oils and really enjoy the ability to take them with me wherever I go.

I have to admit that I was apprehensive about the product when I first received it because I thought you were supposed to put the tip of the diffuser directly in your mouth and breathe it into your lungs. However, after researching the product while you do breathe it in through your mouth you should not take a deep breath but a shallow breath, so that the product does not enter your lungs, then breathe out through your nose. You also should not take more than 1-2 breaths at a time.

I know the packaging makes it look like this product won’t last for very long but I haven’t even used up the first POD and I’ve been using it almost every day for two weeks.

The ability to take this diffuser anywhere truly is remarkable. I have been carrying it in my purse consistently ever since I got it. I constantly find myself needing a mood booster or quick tension reliever at work and this product does the trick. Plus it is the perfect size to travel with. And you better bet that I definitely plan on taking it with me when I travel.

I have the Happy blend and it is the perfect mixture of essential oils to boost my mood and help me feel better.

The Happy blend contains several different oils but the main three are Fennel, Thyme and Vanilla.

The Fennel oil can actually help soothe an upset stomach which is fantastic for my weak and queasy stomach.

Thyme oil can help with several things. It can help boost circulation and concentration. Plus it can calm nervousness and reduce irritability.

Vanilla oil has been said to boost confidence and boost your overall general mood.

When combined all of these oils can help you feel more at ease and happier.
